The Church at Humphrystown House began in 1985 when a group of Christians bought the property so they could live in community. It was a bold venture of faith, but God was in it.

Some of those who moved in at the beginning are still part of the community and, since then, God has brought others to join the family. Here we worship together, work together and eat meals together, sharing life's happinesses and struggles.

Our Sunday and Thursday meetings are open to all and you are very welcome to join us. The Word shared in these meetings is available on this website.

We receive very many overseas guests throughout the year, many of whom come for a taste of life in a community such as this. The comments they make as they leave encourage us to believe that the presence of the Lord can be encountered here.

We have an annual Bible conference here at the house, normally in the third week of November, to which many come from all over Ireland as well as from many other countries. Please Contact Us if you would like more information on the 2015 conference. Messages shared at these conferences are also available on this website.

We have also often held youth camps here at Humphrystown House. We make regular mission trips abroad to run youth camps, Christian conferences and pastors' conferences; and many of us have been involved in Christian work in other countries, including Kenya, Uganda and India.

What we believe

We believe that everyone needs to know the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the only One Who can save us from sin and its effects.

We believe that God wants to fill us with His Holy Spirit to empower us to live a life in which He is our Lord as well as our Saviour.

We believe that the church is a vital part of God's eternal plan because through it He will show His glory and grace to all creation. We are excited to be part of that plan.

If you would like to find out more about us and what we believe, we would be delighted to talk to you. See Contact Us.
